Excellent article! I'll react to it and post it on my new philosophy forum @Brainbots
Lots to talk about. In practice, how do we manage our perceptions? Our culture teaches has been forcing only one collective perception for far too long. It's beyond generational trauma trying to heal and restore individual perceptions. Then it brings up the topic of relativity. We've already seen how it goes when anything goes.
Thanks Michelle ... you are welcome to share :-) The management of perception is indeed a topic that brings up a lot of things to discuss.... it's the core of everything... wishing you rich discussions!
''The new currency here is not fiat money but conscious awareness.'' Hopefully within time this will be understood by all and our source will become prime.
Thank you Kingsley for this wonderful book that I am reading with great fascination!
We are intimately connected to all living organisms and to the inorganic world through the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink. Would you describe our microbiome as part of the external world, or is it part of our internal world? We now know that it is linked to our psychological health.
Indeed, we are inextricably linked to the natural, external world, which makes us - as ORGANIC BEINGS - specific to this environment and living abode....the inner world of the human being is linked to the external world, for those elements we ingest - food, air, impressions - all relate and link to the psychological, biological, and mental health of the person.
Kingsley, I haven't watched TV for over a year. I don't engage with mainstream media, or with the main social media platforms apart from watching an occasional video on YouTube.
This morning I discovered on YouTube that a mountain (yes, mountain!) in Switzerland is threatening to split. A glacier is rushing down at alarming speed. Cattle have been herded down. One cow with an injured leg was helicoptered in a cow-sling. People have been evacuated and sightseers have arrived to take videos.
I still find valuable information on Substack - the sort of information that allows me to survive in this physical dimension I find myself in. I suppose the main thing is to be aware of what is happening, but not to allow yourself to be manipulative into reacting with anger, or anxiety, or fear.
One thing I'm having to deal with is cancer. I don't have cancer, but my husband died of it last November. His youngest brother has been on chemo for the past three months. My own brother is to start chemo soon. A first cousin was treated for colorectal cancer a couple of years ago. Three people, who were connected to me at university died from cancer recently. All I can do is to beg anybody who comes across this not to roll up their sleeves for any modified mRNA 'vaccine'.
Yes, Ita, it's necessary to be careful and aware of the external impressions ('food') that we consume... I haven't watched terrestrial TV for almost 20 years... I only use a TV monitor for accessing online content, such as videos... We must also be aware of information from so-called 'alternative media' for much of this is now corrupted and/or manipulated. All in all, choose your sources wisely and carefully. I have dramatically stepped back from the intake of information... And sorry to hear about the health situation of those around you. Indeed, we must be even doubly careful of the things we are told to stick in us... Decide your own course of health...
My initial contact with Substack was to follow the HART group. It's obvious that it has changed recently. I get vibes that it is promoting competition and division, and encouraging egotism.

The Cultural Spell was shattered many moons ago… 🌘
And now we need the mass of minds to follow....

Thanks Catharina... good to know that this book from 2012 is still 'in resonance' :-)

You're right about alternative media, Kingsley.
