Sometimes I wonder if we’ve gotten so used to being fed interpretations that even our instincts feel outsourced. How do we relearn to trust our own 'bite', especially in a world that rewards quick takes over slow digestion?

Our deep instincts do not lie..only that, like you say, we have forgotten the 'taste' of these instincts... So we have to stop playing 'their game' which means getting out of 'their rhythm'.... go slower, step away from the hectic frequencies... find your own space, then the taste shall return....

Maybe the process of regaining our taste is lonelier and more intimate than we think. But do you think, once the pace truly slows down, we’ll still be willing to really listen to ourselves?

Whether we actually listen to ourselves or not is down to each individual to act on... it's always down to ourselves. The responsibility is ours.

Cheers.... Indeed, the genuine future is for those who self-construct ... (the path of denial is for those who self-destruct)
