Kingsley, I love the analogy to a garden in this Perspective. "Picking and Choosing" with an eye to what IS in my garden, I methodically cull what isn't wanted. (Thistle with its' thorny leaves can go; leave me with the tomatoes and basil that nourish me!) So too those thorny parasites that don't belong in my life.
