I've heard this Geordie Rose guy a few times and he has the same tired speech every time. If you listen to what he says, it's actually a lot of nothing, just waffle. He even says, "what I'm saying is literally true". Those d wave computers are a big black box that doesn't seem to actually do anything, he gives no real examples of how it works or what it does or any details of these parallel universes. What information has he told the audience? Nothing, zero! He comes across as a nervous salesman, not a scientist.

Yeah, Geordie Rose is more of a salesperson, I agree, but still we may ask why he's using specific words such as 'alien god' as he's spreading a mythology. And whether what a person/institute is producing actually 'does the job' or not, the symbolic importance is the deliberate narrative they are creating around these developments - and that's what I'm pointing out.... Cheers!

Yes, spot on, they want people to buy into it, whether it's real or not. If its real in peoples minds, then thats good enough for them. Maybe they are not as powerful as we/ people think they are! Thanks Kingsley, always appreciate your content!

I think that's exactly what's going on - this once small San Fran cult called 'Transhumanism' is now trying to become a dominant narrative because a few high-profile individuals (such as Musk) are talking about this whenever they can, and are given a platform.... but its a minority cult....They are certainly not as powerful as they want us to think they are!
